What Our Policy Covers

Returns are eligible within 14 days of delivery (based on tracking confirmation) for the following reasons:

  • Manufacturer defects
  • Dead on arrival (DOA) items
  • Incorrect items received

Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, or improper care are not covered under warranty.

Health & Safety

For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned unless they are confirmed defective.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was DOA or shipped incorrectly.
  • In eligible cases, we will issue a prepaid return label.
  • All returns must be approved and initiated within 14 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return

Email support@FiftyBars.com with the following information:

  • Full Name
  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return (include photos or a short video if applicable)

Processing

  • Verified defective items → replacement sent (subject to availability).
  • If unavailable → store credit or refund to the original payment method.
  • If item tests functional → it may be returned to you or a partial credit issued.

Please allow up to 10 business days for processing once your return has been received and inspected.
