Processing & Shipping Times

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 5:30 PM EST typically ship the same business day. During peak periods, please allow up to 2 business days for processing.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or national holidays. Orders placed during these times will be fulfilled the next business day.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Shipping Restrictions by State

We currently ship only within the continental United States. We do not ship to APO/FPO, or military addresses. Certain states restrict or prohibit the sale of vape products. Our system automatically blocks restricted items based on your shipping address.

Order Verification

All orders require payment confirmation and age verification. Orders that fail or remain incomplete may be delayed or canceled. Please ensure your full legal name, date of birth, and complete address are entered correctly at checkout to prevent verification delays.

Damaged or Lost Packages

While we take great care in packaging every order, FiftyBars.com is not responsible for carrier delays, lost shipments, or packages marked “delivered” but not received. If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and file a claim directly with the carrier.

Returns & Refunds Policy

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be approved in advance — unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

What Our Policy Covers

  • Manufacturer defects
  • Dead on arrival (DOA) products
  • Incorrect items received

This policy does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper care.

Health & Safety

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products unless they are confirmed defective.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item was shipped incorrectly or arrived DOA. In approved cases, a prepaid return label will be provided.

How to Request a Return

  • Order Number
  • Phone Number
  • Reason for Return (include clear photos or videos if applicable)

Once approved, our team will provide return instructions and next steps.

Processing Returns

  • Defective items → replaced at no cost (subject to availability).
  • If unavailable → store credit or a refund will be issued.
  • Functional items → may be returned to you or refunded at our discretion.

Please allow up to 10 business days for return processing after we receive your item.
