Twelve, all on the same hardware. Only what is inside changes.
Core: Black Series for dessert and bakery, White Series for frozen fruit and mint, Silver Series at 2% for a lighter hit, Midnight Series for sour and iced.
Collabs: X Fruitia, X Hidden Hills, X Humble. Each brings its own flavor house rather than a rebadge.
Special: Nixodine is tobacco-free. Texas Edition is Texas compliant.
Smaller formats: dvrt, mini and air run shorter and cost less.
Which Fifty Bar series should I pick?
Work from flavor first, since that is what differs most. Black is the dessert line, White is balanced fruit and candy, and Midnight leans iced and sharper. The three collaborations: Fruitia, Hidden Hills and Humble. Each bring an established e-liquid house's own profiles onto Fifty Bar hardware, so pick those if you already know that brand's style. If nicotine strength matters more to you than flavor, Silver is the 20mg option rather than the 50mg used elsewhere. If you want no nicotine at all, Nixodine is the one to read about. In Texas, start with the Texas Edition.
What is the Black Series?
The dessert line, rated for up to 20,000 puffs and built with upgraded internals so output holds steadier from the first puff to the last rather than tailing off. Rich, sweet profiles with no ice or mint anywhere in the series. That is the defining characteristic, and it is why people either go straight to Black or avoid it entirely. If you find menthol gets in the way of a dessert flavor, this is the series built on that view. Some Black Series editions are rechargeable over USB-C, though not all are, so check the specification on the specific device.
What is the White Series?
The balanced option: smoother, more middle-of-the-road flavors in a clean minimal design, and the most straightforward series in the range if you do not want a strong flavor direction imposed on you. One important practical point: White Series devices are pre-charged disposables and are not rechargeable. Once the battery is depleted the device is finished, even if e-liquid remains. That distinguishes it from much of the rest of the range, where recharging over USB-C is common, so it is worth knowing before buying rather than discovering it later. Check the product description if recharging matters to you.
What nicotine strength is the Silver Series?
Silver is 2% (20mg) nicotine salt, less than half the 50mg used across most of the range. The practical effect is a noticeably softer throat hit, which makes it a common step-down choice for people reducing strength and a popular all-day option for anyone who finds 50mg too harsh. It is worth being realistic about what lower strength means: some people compensate by vaping more, which offsets the reduction. If you are moving down deliberately, it is worth paying attention to how much you are using rather than only what strength you bought. Silver is still a nicotine product intended for adults 21 and over.
What is the Midnight Series?
A distinct flavor collection leaning towards iced and sharper profiles: Iced Blue Rancher, Frozen Orange Pom, Limoncello and similar. It runs on the same 20,000-puff hardware platform as the rest of the range, so the difference is entirely in the e-liquid rather than the device. If you find most fruit flavors too soft or too sweet and want something with an edge, this is the series aimed at that. Conversely, if you dislike menthol and cooling agents, Midnight is the one to skip. The ice is integral to the profiles rather than a light background note.
What is the Nixodine Series?
Nixodine is a patented nicotine alternative derived from a vitamin B blend, developed by Bonguard Naturals. It contains no nicotine. The Fifty Bar version uses Nixodine-S Salts 50, formulated to feel comparable to a standard 50mg disposable. The hardware, e-liquid base and flavors are identical to the nicotine version. The same body, coil, airflow and flavor recipes. With only the active ingredient differing. We are describing the manufacturer's own position here rather than making independent claims about the compound. It is intended for adults 21 and over who already use nicotine, and the manufacturer states it may be habit forming.
What is the Texas Edition?
A version of the range produced to meet Texas requirements, which restrict many imported devices. If you are in Texas, this is the collection to look at, since standard imported devices may not be available to you. The flavors include Cafe Mocha, Cool Mint, Rich Tobacco and Sour Mango among others. The compliance difference is about where the device can legally be sold rather than how it performs, so you are not getting a lesser product. Fifty Bar is well placed for this because the brand already assembles and fills in California rather than importing finished devices.
What is the Fifty Bar x Fruitia collaboration?
Fruitia's fruit-forward blends running on Fifty Bar hardware. It is the largest of the three collaborations at around twenty flavors, spanning fruit, dessert and candy, so it is the one with the most to choose from if you like that house's style. One practical note: many Fruitia devices are rechargeable over USB-C, but not all of them are, and the range is mixed enough that it is worth checking the specification on the specific flavor you want rather than assuming. The product description states it. Collaboration flavors also move in and out of stock more than the core series do.
What is the Fifty Bar x Hidden Hills collaboration?
Hidden Hills flavor profiles on Fifty Bar hardware, released in limited runs rather than as a permanent line. That is the important part: once a flavor sells through, a restock is not guaranteed and often does not happen. If you find one you like, it is worth buying accordingly rather than assuming you can come back for it in a month. Hidden Hills is the most limited of the three collaborations in that respect: Fruitia and Humble tend to have longer availability. Check the product page for what is actually in stock, since the listed range and the available range are not always the same.
What is the Fifty Bar x Humble collaboration?
Humble Juice Co. profiles on the Fifty Bar platform, running to around eleven flavors including Banana Funnel Cake, Peach Sweet Tea and Orange Mango Sherbet. Humble's style leans towards fuller, dessert-adjacent and sweet-tea profiles rather than sharp iced fruit, so it sits closer to the Black Series in character than to Midnight. As with the other collaborations, availability moves more than the core series does, and a flavor that sells through is not guaranteed to return. If you already know Humble's e-liquid line, the profiles here will be familiar rather than reinterpreted.
Are collaboration flavors restocked?
Not reliably, and it is better to assume they are not. Hidden Hills in particular runs as limited releases available while supplies last, with no guaranteed restock once a flavor sells out. Fruitia and Humble tend to have somewhat longer availability but are still subject to the same pattern. The practical advice is straightforward: if you find a collaboration flavor you genuinely like, buy more than one rather than waiting. This is different from the core Black, White, Silver and Midnight series, which are ongoing lines and restocked as normal. The product page reflects current stock rather than what has existed historically.
Do Fifty Bars contain THC or CBD?
No. The range is nicotine-based only, with no THC, delta-8, delta-9, CBD or any other cannabis-derived ingredient in any Fifty Bar product. The Nixodine series is the one exception to containing nicotine, but its alternative is a vitamin B-derived compound rather than anything cannabis-related. Full ingredient information is printed on each device's packaging, which is the authoritative source for the specific device in your hand. This matters practically as well as legally: cannabis-derived vapes are regulated differently and banned outright in several states where nicotine products remain legal.
Device & Operation
Where are Fifty Bars made?
Yes. Fifty Bar is assembled and filled in Thousand Oaks, California, using American-made nicotine salt e-liquid. The brand describes the product as filled in America. That domestic manufacturing is the practical reason the Texas Edition remains saleable in a state that restricts imported devices, since the restriction is about origin rather than the product itself. It is worth noting because most of this category is manufactured overseas, so it is a genuine point of difference rather than marketing framing. If domestic production matters to you for its own sake, Fifty Bar is one of the few options in the category.
Are Fifty Bars refillable?
No. Every device is pre-filled and sealed, with no fill port anywhere in the range. Some models are rechargeable, so you can top up the battery over USB-C, but that is a separate thing from refilling. The e-liquid cannot be replaced, and when it is gone the device has reached the end of its life regardless of how much battery is left. It is worth keeping those two ideas apart, because rechargeable is often misread as refillable. Because of the lithium cell, a finished device should go to a battery or e-waste drop-off point rather than household waste.
Does the Fifty Bar have adjustable airflow?
Yes on the models that offer it. Not every device in the range does, so check the specification. Where it is present it uses a click-in-place slider with four defined settings rather than a continuous dial, moving from a tight cigarette-like draw through to something looser and airier. Fixed settings have a practical advantage over stepless ones: you can find a position you like and return to it exactly, rather than hunting for it again. A tighter setting concentrates flavor and runs warmer; a more open setting gives more vapor and uses e-liquid faster.
What is anti-burn technology?
It holds coil temperature steady across the life of the device rather than letting it climb as the e-liquid level drops. The problem it addresses is a real one: on many disposables the last quarter tastes harsh and dry, because there is less liquid to carry heat away from the coil and the wick struggles to keep up. Holding temperature stable means the final puffs taste much closer to the first. It is not a guarantee against a burnt taste in every circumstance. Chain vaping can still outpace the wick. But it addresses the specific end-of-life decline that people notice most.
What is always-active Boost mode?
Rather than making you choose and switch modes, the device runs Boost continuously and tunes its own output to stay at the optimum for the current battery and liquid level. There is nothing to press and nothing to remember, which is the point. Mode switches on other devices tend to get set once and forgotten. The trade-off is that you cannot deliberately run a lower-output mode to stretch the device further, since the decision is made for you. For most people that is a reasonable exchange, since the device is managing it more consistently than manual switching would.
Can a Fifty Bar leak?
They are engineered to be leak-resistant, and in normal use leaking is uncommon. Extreme heat, freezing conditions or poor storage can still cause condensation to collect around the mouthpiece, which is usually mistaken for a leak. It is vapor settling back to liquid rather than a seal failing. Keeping the device upright and away from temperature extremes prevents most of it. A parked car in summer is the classic cause. If you get persistent wetness rather than an occasional trace, visible pooling or liquid on your fingers each time you pick it up, that is different. Stop using it and contact us.
How should I store a Fifty Bar?
Upright, somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight and away from both freezing conditions and high heat. Upright matters because it keeps liquid away from the mouthpiece and reduces condensation collecting there. Temperature matters for two separate reasons: heat thins the e-liquid and is hard on the battery, while cold thickens the liquid so it wicks poorly. A parked car manages to be the worst of both depending on the season. This is genuinely the easiest single thing you can do to make a device last, and it costs nothing. Keep devices out of reach of children and pets.
Battery & Charging
Do I need to charge a Fifty Bar before first use?
Usually not. Most arrive pre-charged and ready to use out of the box. Whether a device is rechargeable at all varies by series rather than being uniform across the brand, which is the more important thing to know. White Series devices are not rechargeable, while many Fruitia collaboration models and some Black Series editions are. The product description states which applies. If a device is rechargeable and arrives partly charged, topping it up before your first proper session gives more consistent vapor, but it is not required and there is no battery-conditioning ritual needed.
Which Fifty Bar series are rechargeable?
It varies rather than being uniform across the brand, which catches people out. Many Fruitia collaboration devices and certain Black Series editions recharge over USB-C. White Series devices do not. They are single-use once the battery is depleted, even if e-liquid remains. Other series fall on one side or the other depending on the specific model. Because there is no simple rule, always check the specification on the device you are buying rather than assuming based on another Fifty Bar you have owned. The product description states it clearly, and it is worth a moment before ordering.
How do I know when a Fifty Bar is finished?
On models with a screen, it shows remaining e-liquid directly, which is the clearest answer. Without one, the signs are flavor fading and a noticeable drop in vapor production. A useful diagnostic on a rechargeable device: if the battery is full but vapor is weak, the e-liquid has run out rather than the battery, and charging it further will not help. On a non-rechargeable device the two run out closer together by design. Either way, a device that has genuinely finished should go to a battery or e-waste drop-off point rather than in household waste.
How does Nixodine differ from nicotine in use?
The most noticeable difference in use is a softer throat hit, which is more apparent on dessert flavors than on iced ones. The cooling agents in iced profiles mask it. Everything else is the same: the same device body, the same dual parallel mesh coil, the same airflow, the same display, the same VG/PG ratio and the same flavor recipes. Only the active ingredient differs. That consistency is deliberate, so the comparison is genuinely like for like. As with anything on this subject we are relaying the manufacturer's description rather than making our own claims about the compound.
Is Nixodine the same as a zero-nicotine vape?
No, and the distinction matters. A zero-nicotine vape has no active ingredient at all. It is flavor and base liquid. Nixodine contains no nicotine but does contain an active alternative compound, formulated to feel comparable to a nicotine product. So it is not the same thing as vaping something inert. It is intended for adults 21 and over who already use nicotine, and the manufacturer states that it may be habit forming. If you are looking for something with no active ingredient whatsoever, Nixodine is not that, and it would be misleading of us to present it as such.
Will Nixodine show up on a nicotine test?
The manufacturer states that Nixodine does not produce nicotine or cotinine metabolites. We are not in a position to verify testing outcomes and would not want you to rely on a retail product page for something with real consequences. If a test result matters to you. For employment, insurance, medical or any other reason. Check with whoever is administering the test rather than assuming. Tests vary in what they screen for and how they are interpreted, and the answer may depend on the specific panel being used. This is one where getting it wrong is costly, so ask directly.
Is Nixodine a way to quit vaping?
No. It is not a cessation product, it is not sold as one, and it should not be treated as a step in quitting. It is an alternative for adults who already use nicotine, and the manufacturer notes it may be habit forming. Which is close to the opposite of what you want from something intended to help you stop. If you are trying to quit, speak to a doctor or a smoking cessation service, who can point you at approaches with actual evidence behind them. We would rather say that plainly than let a product page imply something it should not.
Which flavors come in Nixodine?
Ten, matching the nicotine line-up flavor for flavor: Baja Mango, Cinnamon Blend, Frozen Apple, Frozen Watermelon, Gold Tobacco, Berry Vanilla Blend, Mint, Strawberry Vanilla Blend, Strawberry Watermelon Ice and Vanilla Custard. Matching the line-up is deliberate, so that anyone moving across from the nicotine version can find the flavor they already use rather than settling for an approximation. The recipes themselves are identical. Only the active ingredient differs. If your usual Fifty Bar flavor is not on that list, it does not currently have a Nixodine equivalent.
Ordering & Shipping
Age & Compliance
Why do I need to verify my age at checkout?
Federal law sets the minimum age for buying nicotine products at 21, and the PACT Act requires online retailers to verify that age rather than simply ask for it. A tick-box confirming you are over 21 does not satisfy the requirement. Our checkout runs an automated check against public records, which is usually instant and invisible. Most customers never notice it happened. If the check cannot match you, we ask for a photo of a government-issued ID before the order ships. Nothing dispatches until that clears. The same law is why an adult signature is required at delivery: the age check has to happen at both ends, not just at the point of payment.
Do I need to sign for my order?
Yes. The federal PACT Act requires an adult signature at delivery. The person who placed the order, or another adult 21 or older at the delivery address, must show a valid government-issued photo ID and sign for the package. Packages cannot be left unattended, so please make sure an adult is available when your order arrives.
My age verification failed. What now?
This almost always comes down to a small mismatch rather than a problem with you. The check compares what you typed against public records, so anything slightly off will fail it. Confirm that your full legal name, date of birth and current residential address are entered exactly as they appear on your ID: a middle initial, a maiden name or an apartment number in the wrong field is enough. Turn off browser autofill before retrying, since it frequently pastes an address you moved away from years ago. Recent movers and anyone with a very thin credit file fail more often for this reason alone. If it still will not pass, email us and we will verify you manually.
Do you sell to anyone under 21?
No, under any circumstances. We do not sell nicotine products to anyone under 21, and every order is age-verified before it ships rather than after. Orders that fail verification are canceled and refunded in full. This is not a policy we can make an exception to on request. 21 is the federal minimum age for tobacco and nicotine products across the United States, and it applies regardless of any lower age limit in a particular state. Ordering on behalf of someone under 21, or using another person's details to pass the check, puts that person's account at risk as well as the order, and we cancel where we find it.
Battery & Charging
How long does a full charge take?
Most devices charge fully in 45 to 60 minutes over USB-C, though larger-battery models take longer. Charge from a standard phone charger or a computer port. Avoid high-wattage fast-charging bricks rated well above what the device asks for. A small vape battery cannot use that current and pushing it generates unnecessary heat. Never leave a device charging unattended or overnight. Lithium batteries fail rarely, but when they do it is usually while charging, and the point of that advice is to make sure someone is present if it happens. Unplug once the display or indicator light shows a full charge rather than leaving it connected as a matter of habit.
Can I use any USB-C cable to charge my device?
Yes, any decent-quality USB-C cable works. Most devices no longer include one, on the reasonable assumption that nearly everyone already owns several. Use a cable from a reputable brand rather than the cheapest available: poor cables are one of the most common causes of slow charging, charging that stops partway, or a device that appears not to charge at all. Cables also fail internally with no visible damage, so a cable that worked last week is not proof it works today. If charging becomes unreliable, swapping the cable is the fastest thing to rule out and costs nothing if you have a spare in the house.
My device is getting warm while charging. Is that normal?
Mild warmth while charging is normal for any lithium battery and nothing to act on. Uncomfortable heat is a different matter. Unplug immediately if the device becomes genuinely hot to hold, swells or changes shape, leaks, or gives off any chemical or sweet burning smell. Do not keep charging it to see whether it settles. Move it away from anything flammable, let it cool somewhere open, and stop using it. A battery that has behaved that way once should not be trusted again even if it seems fine afterwards. Contact the manufacturer, and let us know if it was bought from us so we can look at the batch.
How should I store my device?
Store it upright at room temperature, out of direct sunlight and away from anywhere it could overheat. A parked car is the single worst place, particularly in summer, since interior temperatures climb far higher than the outside air. Heat thins the e-liquid, which encourages leaking and can push liquid up into the airway, and it shortens battery life. Upright storage keeps liquid sitting away from the mouthpiece. Keep devices and pods well out of reach of children and pets: e-liquid contains nicotine, which is toxic if swallowed, and a chewed device presents a battery hazard on top of that. Avoid leaving one in freezing conditions for long periods too.
How do I dispose of a used device?
Do not put a vape in household trash or ordinary curbside recycling. The lithium battery inside is a known fire risk in collection trucks and sorting facilities, where devices get crushed. That is the reason these rules exist, rather than an environmental preference. Take used devices to a battery or e-waste drop-off point instead. Many hardware stores, supermarkets and municipal recycling centers accept them free of charge, and some vape retailers run take-back bins. Do not try to pry the device apart to separate the battery, since puncturing a lithium cell is precisely the failure these collection routes are designed to avoid. If your area runs a specific e-waste day, that works too.
Can you replace a device I bought somewhere else?
No, and the reason is practical rather than unhelpful. We have no record of how another seller sourced, stored or handled the product, so we cannot stand behind a device we never had. A vape that has sat in a hot warehouse or passed through a gray-market importer can fail in ways that look identical to a manufacturing fault. Contact the retailer you bought it from. They are the party responsible for that sale and the one with the purchase record. If you bought from us and something is wrong, get in touch with your order number and we will sort it out directly.
Why does my puff count seem lower than advertised?
Puff counts come from laboratory testing under controlled conditions: a fixed draw length, a fixed interval and a consistent temperature. Real use looks nothing like that. Long draws pull more liquid per puff, high-power or boost modes burn through it faster by design, cold weather thickens the liquid so less reaches the coil, and chain vaping does not give the wick time to resaturate. All of those pull the real figure below the rated one. Shorter, lighter draws in a standard mode get you closest to the number on the box. Treat the rating as a ceiling measured under ideal conditions rather than a promise for daily use.
Why does my device taste burnt?
Usually one of two things. Either the e-liquid is genuinely running low, or you have been vaping faster than the wick can resaturate. A run of hard back-to-back puffs empties the wick quicker than it refills, and the coil briefly fires against dry cotton. Rest the device for several minutes and try again; if it was the second cause, the taste clears on its own. A burnt note that persists while there is clearly liquid left usually means the wick has scorched and will not recover, because the damage is to the cotton rather than the liquid. Stop using it at that point and get in touch rather than continuing. It will not improve, and the taste tends to worsen.
Why is my flavor weaker in cold weather?
Cold thickens e-liquid, so less of it travels through the wick to the coil, which mutes both flavor and vapor. It is a viscosity effect rather than a fault, and it reverses entirely once the device warms up. Let it return to room temperature in a pocket or indoors before using it again. Do not warm it deliberately with a radiator, heater, hot water or a car vent. The battery is lithium and direct heat is a genuine hazard, not just a risk to the flavor. Cold also makes batteries read lower than they are, so a device that seems flat outdoors will often recover a normal reading once it is back to room temperature.
My pod is making a gurgling sound. Is that a problem?
Gurgling is usually condensation collecting in or near the airway rather than a fault. It builds up when vapor cools and settles back as liquid, and it is more common in cold weather and with harder draws. A few gentle taps with the mouthpiece pointing down onto a tissue normally clears it, followed by a wipe around the base. Slightly softer, slower draws stop it recurring, because hard draws pull more liquid through than the coil can vaporize. If gurgling comes with a noticeably harsher taste or liquid reaching your mouth, stop and contact us instead. That is a different problem and not one to keep vaping through.
There is a little liquid around the base of my pod. Is that normal?
A trace of condensation around the base is normal on any high-output device and not a sign of a defect. What is not normal is persistent wetness, visible pooling, a strong liquid smell, or liquid on your fingers each time you pick it up. That suggests a seal has failed. Stop using it and contact us with your order number rather than continuing. E-liquid contains nicotine and is an irritant on skin, so wash your hands if you do get some on them. Do not try to dry the device out and carry on. If it has leaked once because of a seal, it will leak again.
My device is not firing. What should I check?
Work through it in order. Check it is actually charged, since a dead battery is by far the most common cause. Confirm any pod or cube is fully seated. A pod sitting slightly proud will not make contact. Look into the mouthpiece for a blockage, and check the airflow inlet is not covered by a finger or pocket lint. If the device has power modes, try the other one, because a fault in one mode does not always affect both. If it has been somewhere cold, let it reach room temperature first. If none of that works, get in touch with your order number.
Can I fly with a vape?
Yes, but every device and every spare battery has to travel in your carry-on. TSA prohibits vapes and loose lithium batteries in checked baggage, because a fire in the hold cannot be reached or fought in flight. This is not discretionary and airline staff do enforce it. Check your specific airline's policy as well, since some add their own restrictions on quantity or require batteries to be individually protected against short circuits. It is also worth checking the rules at your destination: a few countries restrict or ban vapes outright, and possession alone can be an offense regardless of what your airline allowed you to carry.
Can I use or charge a vape on a plane?
No. Using a vape on board is prohibited on every US airline, and that includes discreet or low-vapor use. The prohibition covers the act, not how visible it is. Charging one in flight is also prohibited, so do not plug it into a seat-back USB port. Keep the device switched off and stowed for the duration. Devices with a draw-activated firing mechanism can trigger from pressure changes in a bag, so travelling with any pod removed or the device locked, if it supports locking, is worth doing. Cabin crew treat this as a safety matter rather than a courtesy one, and penalties can be significant.
Are your products authentic?
Yes, and you do not have to take our word for it. We source at the first point of sale, never from liquidators, clearance lots or gray-market stock, which is where counterfeits enter the market. That is the whole reason we source this way. Counterfeits almost always arrive through the middle of a chain rather than at the factory end. Everything ships factory-sealed, and the security code on the packaging can be checked against the manufacturer's own verification page if you want to confirm it independently rather than take our word for it. If a code ever fails, contact us before using the device and we will look into it.
How can I avoid counterfeit vapes elsewhere?
Buy from retailers who publish real shipping, support and returns information, and who actually verify your age rather than showing a tick-box. A seller unwilling to run an age check is unlikely to be careful about sourcing either. Treat prices far below everyone else as a warning rather than a bargain, because genuine stock has a floor cost and nobody sells below it for long. On arrival, check that seals are intact and packaging is sharply printed. Counterfeits often get the device right and the box wrong, with blurred text, wrong fonts or missing security panels. Where the brand runs a verification page, use it before you use the device.
Do these products contain THC, CBD or delta-8?
No. Everything we sell is nicotine-based only. None of it contains THC, delta-8, delta-9, CBD, HHC or any other cannabis-derived compound, and we do not stock products of that kind at all. If you have seen a product marketed under a similar name that does contain those ingredients, it did not come from us. This matters for more than preference: cannabis-derived vapes are regulated differently, are banned outright in several states where nicotine products are legal, and are one of the more common categories for counterfeit and unregulated stock. If you are unsure about a specific product, ask us before ordering and we will confirm what is in it.
My device will not charge. What should I try first?
Change the cable before anything else. USB-C cables fail internally with no outward sign at all, and that single cause accounts for more non-charging reports than everything else combined. Next, try a wall adapter rather than a computer port, car socket or an old phone charger. Those frequently cannot supply enough current, and a device that trickles or stops partway is often being underfed rather than broken. Then look into the charging port for lint, which packs in tightly from pockets and blocks contact completely. If a known-good cable, a proper wall adapter and a clean port still produce nothing, stop there and contact us with your order number.
How do I clean a charging port safely?
Look into it with a light first, so you can see what you are dealing with rather than working blind. Lint compacts into a solid plug at the back of the port and usually lifts out in one piece. Use a dry wooden or plastic toothpick, or a short burst of compressed air, and work gently. The contacts inside bend easily and a bent contact is not repairable. Never use water, alcohol or any other liquid, and never poke around with anything metal such as a pin or paperclip, which risks shorting the contacts as well as damaging them. If the port looks corroded rather than blocked, stop and contact us.
How do I check my device is authentic?
Every brand we carry runs its own verification page: Foger, Lost Mary, Off-Stamp and Adjust all do. Find the security code on the outer packaging and enter it on the manufacturer's verify page rather than any link printed on a third-party listing. On Foger the code sits under a scratch-off panel, so you will need to reveal it first. A genuine code validates once; if it reports as already used, that either means someone has checked it before you or the packaging has been reused, and both are worth raising. If a code fails, or the packaging carries no code at all where the brand normally prints one, contact us before using the device.
What should I do if a security code fails verification?
Stop using the device and get in touch with your order number. A failed code does not automatically mean a counterfeit. Codes are sometimes mis-keyed, occasionally mis-printed, and a code can show as already registered if it was checked earlier in handling. So it is worth reporting rather than either ignoring or panicking about. Send us a photo of the code and the packaging if you can, since that lets us check the batch against what we received rather than relying on the code alone. If it does turn out to be a problem with the unit, we will replace it. Do not keep using a device whose code will not verify.
How fast does my order ship?
Most orders ship within 0 to 2 business days. Orders placed Monday to Friday before 5:00 PM ET may go out the same day, and we pack on weekends and holidays when operations allow. These are typical times, not a guarantee. Order volume, age verification checks, public holidays and severe weather can all extend processing. Your tracking email is the definitive confirmation that an order has left us. Until it arrives, the order is still in processing.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free on orders of $125 or more, and $9 flat rate on eligible orders below that. The correct rate is applied automatically at checkout based on your eligible order total, so there is no code to enter.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order is packed and ready to ship, and that email is the definitive confirmation it has left us. If you have an account, sign in and your tracking sits in your order history. If you checked out as a guest, email us your order number and the address you used at checkout, and we will reply with your current status, usually within one business day. If no tracking email has arrived yet, the order is still in processing.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We ship within the United States only. We also cannot deliver to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO or military addresses, regardless of state. Use your current residential address exactly as it appears on your government-issued ID, since the age check runs against it and a mismatched or incomplete address can delay or cancel your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards along with the digital wallets shown at checkout. The payment icons in the footer of every page reflect exactly what is enabled on this store, so that row is always the current list. Payment is taken at checkout. If an order is later canceled because age verification could not be completed, or because your state restricts the item, the charge is refunded.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery, measured by the tracked delivery date, to request a return, and every return needs approval before you send anything back. We accept returns for manufacturer defects, dead on arrival units, the wrong item being shipped, and items that do not match their description. Products damaged by misuse, neglect or improper storage are not eligible, and for hygiene reasons we cannot take back opened or used product unless it is defective. If the fault is ours, we email a prepaid label and cover return shipping in full. For any other approved return, shipping is at your cost. Processing takes up to 10 business days once your return reaches us. Unauthorized returns are not accepted.
What states can you ship to?
We ship to most US states, and checkout blocks anything we cannot legally deliver to your address before you are charged. State rules on shipping nicotine vape products vary and are updated regularly, so we maintain the blocked and restricted lists rather than publish a fixed list here that would go stale. Check your state on our shipping eligibility page before you order. If an item cannot ship to you, checkout will not let it through, so you are never charged for something we cannot deliver.
Are these products legal where I live?
We can tell you where we are able to ship, not what is legal at your address. State and local rules on nicotine vape products vary and change often, and whether a product is legal to buy, possess or use where you live is a question for your state and municipal regulations. What we control is delivery: our checkout enforces current shipping restrictions automatically based on your address and blocks anything we cannot legally send you. All orders require 21+ verification regardless of state.
Can you ship to Texas?
In most cases yes, and we check every Texas order individually before it ships. Texas restricts many imported vape devices, so what we can send to a Texas address is narrower than the full range. If we cannot fill your order compliantly, we contact you before shipping rather than sending something we should not. That does mean a Texas order occasionally takes an extra step, and we would rather tell you that upfront than surprise you.
How many flavors are there?
The families above show the current count for each. The total moves as new flavors launch and older ones are discontinued, so the family pages are the accurate source rather than any number quoted elsewhere.
Which flavor should I try first?
Start from what you already like. Iced drinks point to the frozen and menthol families; sweets point to candy and dessert. Fruit is the broadest and least polarizing family, which makes it the safest first buy.
Why is a flavor showing as sold out?
Stock moves quickly and some flavors sell through faster than they restock. Sold-out flavors stay listed rather than being hidden, so you can see the full range and set a restock alert on the ones you want.
Are the flavors the same across devices?
Not always. Flavor lineups are set per device series, so a flavor available in one series may not exist in another. Each family page shows which device a given flavor is for.
Why are some flavors sold out?
Flavors are produced in limited batches that arrive at different times, and popular ones sell out fast. We restock as soon as new batches are released. Read how restocks work.
Are these products safe to use?
We can tell you what is in them and what the rules are, not whether they are safe for you. Every device we sell contains nicotine, which is addictive, and the FDA warning appears in the footer of every page here. They are sold to adults 21 and over only, and they are not for anyone who is pregnant, breastfeeding, has a heart condition, or does not already use nicotine. What we can be specific about is authenticity and handling. Counterfeit devices are the real risk in this category, because nobody knows what is in them: every device we sell ships sealed with a code you can check against the manufacturer. On the battery, do not charge a device unattended or overnight, use a USB-C cable from a reputable source, and stop using any device that gets unusually hot, swells or is damaged. If you have questions about nicotine and your own health, that is a conversation for a doctor rather than a retailer.
