All purchases ship at the customer's risk. Fifty Bars is not responsible for packages marked "delivered" by carriers but not received, nor for damage caused during shipping. Optional shipping insurance (Route Package Protection) can be added at checkout for coverage.

We aim for accuracy in all product details, but puff counts, packaging, and flavor descriptions may vary slightly from batch to batch.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

9. Disputes
Any dispute relating to your use of Fifty Bars will be resolved through confidential arbitration in Gwinnett County, GA, under the American Arbitration Association rules. Arbitration decisions are binding. Fifty Bars may also seek injunctive relief in Georgia courts for intellectual property violations.
10. Typographical Errors
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to error, Fifty Bars reserves the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed at the incorrect price. If payment has been processed, a refund will be issued immediately.
11. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
