Check Shipping to Your State
Select your state to confirm we can ship to you.
Shipping & Processing
Orders placed before 5:00 PM ET on business days may ship the same business day. Processing times vary by order volume, verification, weekends, holidays and operational conditions. Shipment timing is not guaranteed.
You will receive a tracking email on dispatch. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking email once your order is ready to ship. Allow up to 24 hours for your tracking link to show the first scan. SMS notifications are not currently supported.
Age Verification
Age verification is required for all orders. Use your legal name, correct date of birth, and current residential address to avoid delays. Returning customers who have verified with the same information will not need to verify again.
Address Accuracy
Use your full legal name, correct date of birth, and current residential address at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause delays or cancellation. Avoid browser autofill entering outdated information.
Route Package Protection
We strongly recommend adding Route Package Protection at checkout. Route covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages with a refund or replacement. If Route is not selected, we are not responsible for packages once they have shipped.
Late Shipments & Carrier Delays
Carriers may experience delays during peak periods. We are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped. Contact the carrier directly for delivery issues. Route Package Protection is available at checkout for added coverage.
Why is this flavor sold out?
Flavors are produced in limited batches that arrive at different times, and popular ones sell out fast. We restock as soon as new batches are released. Read how restocks work.
Is this product authentic?
Yes. We source at the first point of sale, never from liquidators or clearance lots. Every device ships sealed, and the authentication code on the box can be checked against the manufacturer's own verification page.
Can you ship this to my state?
We ship to most US states, but vape shipping laws change often. Use the state checker in the Shipping tab above for a current answer before you order.
How should I store it?
Somewhere cool and dry, out of direct sunlight and away from heat. Heat thins the e-liquid and can cause leaking. Keep it out of reach of children and pets.
What do I do with it when it is finished?
It holds a lithium battery, so it should not go in household waste or general recycling. Take it to a battery or e-waste drop-off point. Many local recycling centers accept them.
Do I need to be 21 to order?
Yes. Every order goes through age verification at checkout, and an adult signature is required on delivery. We cannot ship to anyone under 21.
